Vitovent 300 constantly replaces the ambient air whilst removing odours and
noxious substances. A remote control allows you to control your ventilation

Minimum energy losses
Energy saving is Vitovent 300’s trump card. The powerful heat exchanger
recovers approximately 90% of the latent energy in the spent air, and uses
it to heat the incoming fresh air. For every kW electrical power used, it
yields 15 times the energy in return. For 150 m² living space, that saves
300 litres of fuel oil per annum.
Cooling at night
Vitovent 300 decides whether to activate the heat exchange or not. In summer
when it is cooler outside than in, the bypass damper changes over and
channels cool air into the accommodation. The constant volume flow and
balance control contribute to good air quality.
Allergy sufferers breathe in relief
A filtration system employing an effective pollen filter (cat. 6) cleans the
fresh outside air creating a healthier climate.
