Essentially, the Vitolig 300 comprises a pellet feeder (l.h side of the boiler) and a combustion part (r.h side of the boiler).

The pellet feeder on the l.h side of the boiler comprises the pellet hopper (A) with cleaning aperture, the hot air fan for automatically igniting the pellets (B), the feed worm (pellet worm-drive) (C) with drive motor, the drive motor for removing ash from the burner tray, the motor for the heating surface cleaning facility and the motor for the automatic ash removal.

The r.h side of the boiler (combustion part) comprises an operation part (D) with boiler control unit and heating circuit controller HKR for one heating circuit with mixer and DHW cylinder thermostat, the pellet channel (E), the burner tray (F) with automatic ash removal and the automatic ash removal system (G).
